Last updated: June 11, 2026 This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use Fastnades, how it is processed and what your rights are. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.
Fastnades is the data controller for your personal data. For data protection requests you can reach us via the contact page.
Account data: name, username, email address and a hashed password.
Profile data: optional information you choose to share such as avatar, social media links, game settings and language preference.
Content data: lineups, images, comments, likes, favorites and follow relationships you create.
Technical data: IP address, browser information, session cookies and security logs.
Your data is processed to: create and manage your account; provide and improve the Service; moderate content and keep the community safe; send email verification, password reset and notification messages; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
Your data is processed based on: the establishment and performance of the membership agreement, the legitimate interest of Fastnades (security and moderation), legal obligations, and your explicit consent with respect to analytics cookies.
Essential cookies are used for session management, security (CSRF protection) and language preference. Google Analytics is also used to understand how the site is used; data collected for this purpose is statistical. See the cookie policy page for details.
Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with: infrastructure providers required to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics); and competent public authorities where required by applicable law.
Your username, avatar and published content are visible to other users; your email address is never shown publicly.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period; records that must be retained by law are kept for the statutory period.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to results produced by automated analysis that are against your interests, and claim compensation if you suffer damages.
To exercise these rights, apply via the contact page; your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Still, absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is refreshed.
